01 General Provisions

abu77 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between abu77 and its platform users ("member", "you").

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method (such as bKash or Nagad registration details).

If documents are not provided within the specified time after a request, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.

Withdrawal Terms

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (meaning you must wager 25 times the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus is available to each member one time only.
• After claiming the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• abu77 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.
• Misuse of bonus benefits may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• Bonus balance will be used first, after which bets will be placed from the actual deposit.

06 VIP Program and Cashback

abu77 runs a four-tier VIP program for loyal members. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. abu77 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions. Cashback benefits may have separate wagering conditions, which can be found in detail in the VIP section.

07 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

abu77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following gaming rules apply to everyone:

Gaming Integrity

• Any manipulation of game results is strictly prohibited.

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account credentials.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.

• Making deposits using third-party funds.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

abu77's Rights

abu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Member's Rights

abu77's total liability in any given incident will be limited to the amount deposited by the member in that month.

14 Changes to Terms

abu77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be considered effective as soon as they are published on the platform.

However, even if a notification is not received, it is the member's own responsibility to check the updated terms.
